How far in advance should I place my order?

All orders should be confirmed at least 10 days in advance.

How do I confirm my order?

We take FULL payment to confirm the order.

Acceptable payment methods includes Venmo and PayPal.

What is the cancellation policy?

​

A great deal of research and planning goes into every Jolicious custom cake. 

Therefore, if a cancellation is requested, the following policy applies:

​

- before 10 days of the pickup date: 100% of the payment will be refunded minus the cost of supplies needed specifically for this order that has already been ordered.

​

- within 6 to 10 days before the pickup date: 50% of the payment will be refunded minus the cost of supplies needed specifically for this order that has already been ordered.

​

- within 5 days from the pickup date: No refund

​

Yes!

Depending on our availability, we can deliver your cake to you with a delivery fee dependent of your distance.
